Deleting a task Microsoft Outlook 2007

    After you complete a task (or just decide to ignore it permanently), you may want to delete it from Outlook so it doesn't clutter up your screen. Here's how:

    1. Choose Gc Deleting a task Microsoft Outlook
2007Tasks.

    2. Choose View Deleting a task Microsoft Outlook
2007Current View.

    Outlook displays a list of different options, such as Detailed List or Overdue Tasks (see Figure 14-10).

    3. Click a task.

    4. Choose EditODelete, press Ctrl+D, or click the Delete icon on the toolbar.

    Outlook deletes your chosen task.

    If you delete a task by mistake, press Ctrl+Z right away, and Outlook kindly retrieves it for you.
